CEC Organized a Lecture on Modern Enterprises Management

January 27. 2022 /CEC/- On January 26, 2022, CEC invited Liu Jipeng, the Professor of China University of Political Science and Law, the President of Capital Finance Research Institute and the Honorary President of CEC Law Branch, to lecture on Modern Enterprises Management. Yang Kun, the Executive President of CEC, presided over the Lecture. The Lecture took the form of "on-site plus video", with one main venue onsite and six sub ones online. More than 400 delegates and audiences from CEC headquarter and its branches participated in the Lecture.

Prof. Liu Jipeng started the Lecture with the comparison of CEC’s organizational structure before and after, and expounded the relevant problems of modern enterprises organization and management from the aspects of China's economic model, state-owned assets reform, modern enterprise organization model, corporate governance and company law. 

He proposed that to become an association with the characteristics of modern enterprise management, CEC would need to improve its service awareness and to become a service platform for the power industry. CEC should also have an appropriate balance not only between the service providing and the profit making, but also between the short-term and long-term development.
