September 23, 2021 /CEC/ - Xia Zhong, the Vice President of the China Electricity Council (CEC), led a delegation to visit the member companies in Zhangjiakou from Sep. 16 to 18, 2021 to conduct a special research on the coordinated development of clean energy and energy storage.
The delegation held discussions with the representatives from the State Power Investment Corporation Dongfang Energy Company Zhangjiakou Branch, the State Grid Jibei Zhangjiakou Wind, Solar, Energy Storage and Transmission New Energy Co., Ltd. and other enterprises, and exchanged the operation status of clean energy and energy storage projects, as well as the difficulties and relevant advisories. During the stay, the delegation also visited the Zhanshigou photovoltaic power station (iron-chromium flow battery energy storage demonstration project) and the Jibei wind, solar and energy storage demonstration project.
