The electric power industry talent development service platform is officially launched

On December 17, China Electricity Council held a meeting to release the electric power industry talent development service platform in Beijing. Yang Kun, Executive President of CEC, and Wang Zhixuan, Vice President of CEC, attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Wang Zhixuan delivered a speech on behalf of CEC. He pointed out that in the face of the new requirements for the high-quality development of energy and power during the 14th Five-Year Plan, talent evaluation of CEC should be guided by the needs of members and industry with refined service focusing on following aspects: first, talent training and evaluation should be carried out in line with industry reform from a high starting point; second, build a high-standard electric power talent training and evaluation system according to the needs of the enterprise; third, build a high-quality diversified service platform with the goals of socialization and marketization, using new technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data to better serve the sustainable growth of electric power talents.

During the meeting, the launching ceremony of the electric power industry talent development service platform was held. CEC Talent Evaluation Center Co., Ltd. signed a platform strategic cooperation framework agreement with 14 partners including State Grid Yingda Media Group, and issued letters of appointment to consultants. More than 150 delegates from CEC members, universities, and training institutions attended the meeting.
