2020 Power Demand Side Management Conference was successfully held in Nanjing

The 2020 Power Demand Side Management Conference with the theme of " Intelligent Interconnection for Users, Friendly Interaction for Energy" was held in Nanjing on October 23. The conference was co-sponsored by the Science and Technology Development Service Center of the China Electricity Council, the Industrial Power Demand Side Management Promotion Center and the State Grid (Jiangsu) Power Demand Side Management Guidance Center Co., Ltd. More than 260 representatives from sectors of power production, energy service, electrical product manufacturing, finance, and scientific research attended the conference.

Shen Weichun, Deputy Secretary-General of China Electricity Council, attended the conference and delivered a speech. Xue Yusheng, Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, and Zhou Fuqiu, Director of Energy Research Institute National Development and Reform Commission, made the keynote speeches.

During the meeting, the "National Power Consumption Key Indicators Analysis Report", the "Power Demand Side Management Annual Development Report 2020" and the "Comprehensive Energy Service Organization Capability Assessment Management Measures" were released. The representatives  exchanged views and shared experiences of power demand side management, and discussed users intelligent interconnection and the outlook of power demand side management during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.
