Mato Grosso transmission line completed

Mato Grosso transmission line project has been completed by POWERCHINA, on January 20, 2016. The whole project constructed the double-circuit AC transmission lines on the same tower of 356 kilometers. Over the course of the project, 4-bundle conductors were used as well as an ACAR-1000MCM all aluminum conductor, overhead ground wires, adopted OPGW optical cable and the galvanized steel strand wire.

The project department faced difficult conditions during the construction period, such as muddy paths and risks in the rainy season. The project department held special meetings, organized on-site investigations and planned programs according to the actual situation on site to ensure the fast, safe and steady completion of the project.
