On August 24, CSG Board Chairman Li Qingkui met with Zhai Jun, Chinese Ambassador to France and Monaco in Paris. The two sides exchanged views on topics such as the “going global” of Chinese enterprises, the development of European energy market as well as the development and application of clean energy.
During the meeting, Li Qingkui briefly introduced CSG, its implementation of China’s Belt and Road Initiative, and its achievements in improving global presence. He hoped that the Chinese Embassy in France would continue to support CSG in interpreting and applying policies and adapting to the local market. He also hoped that the Embassy would keep promoting cooperation between Chinese and French enterprises in the energy sector.
Zhai Jun analyzed the current political, economic and security situation in France, and introduced the main changes of energy market as well as the development of energy technologies in Europe. He said that he appreciated the progress achieved by CSG in its international operations and stood ready to offer stronger and comprehensive support to the company. (Correspondent: Li Zhijie)
