NEA Released Ten Technical Standards for Wind Power Industry Compiled by CHNG

Recently, National Energy Administration (NEA) officially released and implemented ten technical standards for wind power industry compiled by China Huaneng Group Co., Ltd (CHNG).

In recent years, CHNG has been deeply implementing General Secretary Xi Jinping’s guiding principles of “Let high standards support high-tech innovation and lead high quality development”. Attaching great importance to the compilation of technical standards, CHNG has been strengthening the cultivation of industrial, national and international standards, proactively collaborating with functional organizations on industrial technical standard management including NEA and China Electricity Council. CHNG have actively undertaken relevant work of various standard committees and Secretariats, and the number of industrial technical standards issued has seen significant increase. This time, the number of standards compiled by CHNG accounted for one sixth of the total standards issued by NEA, further enhancing the company's industry influence.

During the 14^th five-year-plan period, CHNG will keep on strengthening standard compilation in the field of new energy. With the goal of achieving the "six new leading" development strategy, and according to the latest technology development of new energy, CHNG will reinforce researches on technical weaknesses of the industry, enhance communication with standardization technical committees of energy industry, advance the general layout, and systematically plan the future development of new energy industry.
