Cao Peixi and Guo Junming met with President and CEO of Invesco Ltd.

On Feb 26th, 2013, Cao Peixi, President of China Huaneng Group, and Guo Junming, Chief Financial Officer of China Huaneng Group, met with Martin Flanagan, President and Chief Executive Officer of US-based Invesco Ltd. Both parties exchanged opinions on further strengthening mutual cooperation.

Cao Peixi extended his warm welcome to Martin Flanagan, and briefly introduced the latest development of China Huaneng Group. He said, Huaneng and Invesco have maintained long-term close partnership in the financial sector. The two joint ventures, Invesco Great Wall Fund Management Co. and Huaneng Invesco Ross Investment Consulting Co. have achieved satisfactory performance. Huaneng is willing to expand the cooperation areas and further deepen the relationship with Invesco.

Martin Flanagan thanked Huaneng for its support for Invesco and the joint ventures. He said, Huaneng is an important partner for Invesco to develop business in China. He hopes to seek further support and assistance from Huaneng, and to further strengthen mutual cooperation with Huaneng.
