China Huaneng Group Rising to 313 in Top 500
At 9:00 pm on July 8 (Beijing Time), the website of Fortune released the 2010 ranking list of the top 500 enterprises of the world. China Huaneng Group is included again and ranks 313 rd, 112 places up from 2009.
In 2009, China Huaneng Group overcame the adverse effects caused by the sprawling international financial crisis and took the lead in the domestic power generation industry to become one of the Top 500, to turn losses into gains and reach 100 GW of installed capacity, achieving 26.019 billion USD of sales income.
