From September 4th to 9th, the 2020 China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS) was held in Beijing. Datang Beijing Gaojing Thermal Power Plant made careful arrangements and detailed deployment to ensure the safe and reliable power supply.
The 2020 CIFTIS is the first major international economic and trade event held offline by China since the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic. Under the conditions of adequately performing normalized epidemic prevention and control work, Gaojing Power Plant has made overall plans for safe production and stability of the workforce. Refined management of equipment is strengthened. Operators adjust and operate carefully, increase equipment inspections amid weather changes, timely eliminate various defects that affect the safe operation of the unit, and improve equipment reliability. From September 4th to 9th, Gaojing Power Plant provided a total of 110 million kilowatt-hours of high-quality clean electricity to Beijing, providing a strong energy guarantee for the successful holding of the Fair.
