Datang Anhui Company celebrates Spring Festival from around the world

During 2021 Chinese Spring Festival, the four project departments of Datang Anhui Power Co., Ltd., Jeneponto, Cilacap, Meulaboh project departments in Indonesia and Payra project department in Bangladesh, celebrated the Chinese New year traditionally.

On New Year’s Eve, the company’s top management, some employees of the headquarter and Chinese and foreign employees of the four overseas project departments had a gathering online through a 15-meter-long ultra-wide screen of the operation center, exchanging blessings and celebrating the festival. Red envelopes, a traditional gift during Chinese New Year, were given to the employees of overseas project departments. The red envelopes flew across the screen and brought good luck to everyone.

During the Spring Festival, Datang Anhui Company sent gifts, allocated special funds and organized various activities to celebrate the festival. Company leaders sent letters of greetings to SSP Group Chairman and other business partners. Being surrounded by laughter, both Chinese and foreign employees got together to celebrate Spring Festival. In the Spring Festival Gala of Payra Project Department in Bangladesh, the Bengali song That's You sung by Chinese employee Wang Wei, and the Chinese song The Moon Represents My Heart played by Mitun, a Bangladeshi employee, were full of emotion and won many fans.

The geographical distance cannot keep our staff away from celebrating the Lunar New Year. They all had a marvelous New Year celebration filled with fun moments of joy. Meanwhile, the employees of overseas project departments were still working hard to light up the countries in which they were located.
