Deng Jianling hold talks with Ambassador Aires Ali

Vice President Deng Jianling met with Mozambican ambassador to China H.E. Aires Ali and Mozambican Minister to China António Rodrigues and discussed cooperation in energy sector on April 19. 

Vice President Deng welcomed Ambassador Ali and gave him an introduction of Huadian’s development and international business. He said that Huadian is implementing “going abroad” strategy as its active response to the state’s “Belt and Road” initiative. He encouraged two sides to intensify communication for cooperation opportunities. He also said that Huadian will use its advantages in investing, designing, building, operating, and managing power plants to promote Mozambican power industry.    

H.E Mr. Ali talked about Mozambican power market and he hoped that China Huadian will take a part in building his country’s power industry. He also vowed to push cooperation for mutual benefits.
