Guohua Power Donates US$165,000 Worth of Epidemic Prevention Supplies to Indonesia

On July 14, Guohua Power Group under China Energy donated a batch of anti-COVID-19 materials to Indonesia through the Southeast Asian country’s State Electricity Company (PLN). The donations will be used to support the frontline battle against the epidemic, especially at the COVID-19 Emergency Hospital in the 2018 Asian Games athlete’s village in Jakarta.

The donated epidemic prevention supplies include 2,200 N95 masks, 20,000 disposable medical masks, 1,000 medical goggles, 7,000 pairs of medical gloves, 1,300 sets of protective suits, 1,000 quick screening kits and five respirators, with a total value of about US$165,600.

Since the outbreak of the epidemic in Indonesia, Guohua Power has taken infection prevention measures in the country as rigorous as those implemented at home, aiming to ensure that production and operations on all fronts proceed in an orderly manner while carrying out high-standard epidemic prevention and control. The company has also organized all its subsidiaries in Indonesia to raise a total of US$267,000 worth of anti-epidemic supplies to assist Indonesia’s COVID-19 treatment facilities, South Sumatra province, relevant government agencies and communities adjacent to its projects in the country.
