On April 21, a heavy snowstorm hit Fuyu County of Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province, and lasted 24 hours. Fuyu Wind Farm in the county activated its emergency response plan and conducted emergency repairs on its four disconnected turbines and one malfunctioning generating unit under the premise of safety protection. By far, the sudden snowstorm has not caused any damage to personnel or equipment serving the wind farm.
