Fortune magazine unveiled its 2019 list of global top 500 public companies on July 22. China Energy makes 107th on the list.
Compared with the previous year, the 500 finalists generated close to US$32.7 trillion in revenue, up 8.9 percent year-on-year, and US$2.15 trillion in profit, up 14.5 percent year-on-year. Net profit ratio was 6.6 percent, and return on equity was 12.1 percent, both outperforming last year.
