CEC Held the Round Table Meeting on“Research and Study of the Power Industry Spirit”

April 02，2022 /CEC/ - On March 31, 2022, China Electricity Council (CEC) held a Round Table Meeting on “Research and Study of the Power Industry Spirit”in Beijing. Xia Zhong, the Vice President of CEC, attended the Meeting and made an Opening Note. Hao Yingjie, the Secretary General of CEC, presided over the Meeting.

At the Meeting, the representatives from CEC and its member companies reported the latest status of the research and study of the power industry spirit of the new era and advised its proposed scheme and interpretation. 

Xia Zhong pointed out in his speech that studying and carrying forward the power industry spirit would be the way to insist the original mission and aspiration, comply with the changes of the times and carry forward the fine traditions, which would be of great significance. He put forward four principles that should be grasped in summarizing and refining the power industry spirit: 

- to reflect the common requirements and individual characteristics,

- to integrate the requirements of the historical inheritance and innovation,

- to meet the current and long-term needs,

- to be applied in wider range.
