Shendong Coal Won National Outstanding Contribution Awards for Big Data Standardization

Lately, the mining big data industry group headed by Shendong Coal under CHN Energy won the 2022 Outstanding Contribution Award for Research Groups, Shendong Coal won the 2022 Outstanding Contribution Awards for Member Institutions, and its deputy general manager and head of the mining big data industry group won the 2022 Outstanding Contribution Awards for Individuals at the 2023 National Big Data Standardization Work Conference and the Ninth Plenary Session of the Big Data Standard Work Group of the National Information Security Standardization Technical Committee.

As the leading institution of the mining big data industry group, Shendong Coal works together with other member institutions to vigorously advance the research and application of new technologies in the mining industry. Within less than one and a half years since its establishment, the mining big data industry group has carried out the research of mining big data standardization, formulated and published the white paper on mining big data standardization, and designed and formed the industry network-based mining big data standard system. Moreover, it has formulated five draft standards including Information Technology, Mining Big Data and Big Data Technical Structure and Information Technology, Mining Big Data and Data Collection and Transmission Technical Requirements, which have been submitted to the Big Data Standard Work Group of the National Information Security Standardization Technical Committee for further deliberation. Among them, one draft standard has entered the stage of examination and assessment by the National Information Security Standardization Technical Committee and the National Standardization Administration.
